Founded in 2023 by Tyler Earls, Vikingr Koffee is a home-based coffee roaster operating in Union, Kentucky. We are a culmination of many years of learning about, obsessing over, and enjoying coffee.

After spending time behind the bar at Starbucks and our favorite shop in NKY, Velocity Bike and Bean, Tyler took up home-roasting 7 years ago. What began as a hobby, grew into an obsession, and finally a project aimed at exciting folks to wake up and slurp down some great coffee.

We launched in 2023 with a consistent lineup available for any-time order. In 2024, we are excited to refocus on what we love about the wide world of coffee: exploration and natural variety.

It’s an honor to offer fresh, locally roasted coffee beans to Northern Kentucky. We raise a mug to you and all the other Vikingr out there seeking glory in their brews. Skål!
